Synopsis forKung Fu Panda :


Kung Fu Panda is the story of Po, (voice Jack Black), a sweet, but clumsy Panda who has dreams of fighting with the legendary Furious Five and protecting the city against all threats. The only problem is that Po has no real life experience of kung fu, and his real job is serving noodles at his dad's noodles shop. News of selecting the Dragon Warrior is sent out from the Jade Temple, and the whole city along with Po, go to the celebration. The competition is between the Furious Five: Tigress (voice Angelina Jolie), Viper (voice Lucy Liu), Crane (voice David Cross), Monkey (voice Jackie Chan), and Mantis (voice Seth Rogen). Po accidentally enters the contest and is named the Dragon Warrior. Master Shifu (voice Dustin Hoffman) must find a way to train Po and make him a Kung Fu Master, especially, after they learn that the snow leopard, Tai Lung (voice Ian McShane), is headed their way. Ringkasan cerita Film Wall Street

Film Wall Street ini dimulai dengan cerita tentang seseorang yang bekerja sebagai broker yang bernama Buddy Fox. Dimana ia selalu mengalami kegagalan dalam pekerjaannya dan sering mengalami kesulitan ekonomi. Sampai suatu hari dia bekerja sama dengan Gordon Gekko yaitu seorang pemain saham yang kaya. Tetapi Gordon Gekko ternyata punya maksud lain dengan bekerja sama dengan Buddy Fox yaitu untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang saham dan untuk menghancurkan pesaingnya dengan memberikan imbalan kekayaan. Karena Buddy Fox yang ingin menjadi kaya dengan cepat dia setuju dengan penawaran yang diberikan oleh Gordon Gekko. Mereka berdua mengatur harga saham dipasaran, sehingga mengalami penurunan drastis dan setelah itu menguasainya dan menaikkan harga saham tersebut. Dari kerjasama itu Gordon Gekko dapat menguasai beberapa perusahaan dengan kepemilikan saham.

Setelah cukup lama bekerja sama, Buddy Fox ingin mengelola salah satu perusahaan yang telah dikuasai Gordon Gekko yaitu Bluestar (bergerak dibidang penerbangan). Dengan strategi yang dijelaskan Buddy Fox akhirnya Gordon Gekko setuju agar Bluestar dikelolah oleh Buddy Fox. Akan tetapi dalam kenyataannya Gordon Gekko ingin memecah dan menghancurkan bluestar dengan menjual pesawat yang dimiliki. Akhirnya Buddy Fox sadar bahwa dia hanya dimanfaatkan oleh Gordon Gekko sehingga dia bertekad untuk membatalkan niat Gordon Gekko untuk memecah dan menghancurkan bluestar dengan cara membeli sahamnya, sehingga harga saham naik lalu menjualnya sehingga membuat harga saham itu turun drastis dan membuat Gordon Gekko mengalami kerugian dan menjual semua saham yang dimilikinya. Kemudian Buddy Fox menyarankan agar pesaingnya membeli saham tersebut.

Ternyata perbuatan yang telah dilakukan oleh Buddy Fox (melakukan pejualan informasi dan pencucian uang) tercium oleh polisi dan dianggap sudah melakukan kegiatan ilegal dalam bidang usaha sekuritas sehingga polisi menangkapnya untuk diadili. Tidak hanya itu ternyata Buddy Fox juga menyeret Gordon Gekko ke pengadilan.

2. Mengajukan kembali sertifikat yang baru kepada Badan Pertanahan Nasional dengan melengkapi surat-surat yang ada sebagai bukti kepemilikan.
3. Permohonan penggantian sertifikat yang hilang haruslah disertai pernyataan di bawah sumpah dari yang bersangkutan di hadapan Kepala Kantor Pertanahan atau pejabat yang ditunjuk mengenai hilangnya sertifikat hak yang bersangkutan.
4. Dalam rangka penerbitan sertifikat pengganti, harus didahului dengan pengumuman 1 (satu) kali dalam salah satu surat kabar harian setempat atas biaya pemohon.
5. Jika dalam jangka waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari dihitung sejak hari pengumuman tidak ada yang mengajukan keberatan mengenai akan diterbitkannya sertifikat pengganti tersebut atau ada yang mengajukan keberatan akan tetapi menurut pertimbangan Kepala Kantor Pertanahan keberatan tersebut tidak beralasan, maka akan diterbitkan sertifikat baru.
